Ingredients

  •  1 small sweet potato (about 1/2 cup mashed)
  •  3 T almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • Grass-fed butter (or ghee), for cooking and serving
  • Pure maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  • Begin by boiling 1 small sweet potato in water until soft. Remove skin. Mash smooth with a fork.
  •  Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add sweet potato, almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Whisk with a fork until smooth.
  •  Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt 1 teaspoon of butter. Scoop 1/3 cup of pancake batter and pour into skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes. Use a spatula to flip and cook an additional 3 minutes. Serve hot with extra butter and maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of baby carrots
  • 5 shakes of Cinnamon
  • 1 T of pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place baby carrots in a microwave safe bowl and cover the baby carrots with water
  •  Microwave for 4-5min or until soft
  •  Strain baby carrots and immediately shake cinnamon and pour syrup on top

  • 2 large green zucchinis
  • 1/2 jar of your favorite sauce
  • 1 T of olive oil
  • 1/2 Turkey kielbasa, diced
  • Shakes of Parmesan Cheese 

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan on medium heat, pour 1/2 a jar of sauce and diced kelbasa
  • Spiralize the two zucchinis in a large bowl 
  •  Put 1 T of olive oil in a sauté pan on medium heat and then add the zucchini 
  •  Sizzle the zucchini for 3-5min
  • Pour sauce and kielbasa over zucchini and serve into bowls. Top with shakes parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 medium yellow (or orange) bell pepper chopped
  • 1 lb raw 93% lean ground turkey (or lean beef)
  • 1 (28-oz.) can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 (15-oz. each) cans kidney beans rinsed, drained
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • Crushed red peppers (to taste; optional)
  • 12 parsley sprigs chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and bell peppers; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until onion is soft.
  3. Add turkey; cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until turkey is browned
  4. Add tomatoes, beans, chili powder, salt, and red peppers; cook, stirring frequently, for 10 to 15 minutes.

    5.Divide turkey chili into 6 serving bowls and garnish with parsley if desired.
